Eligibility & Participation

Our programs primarily serve residents of Port Arthur and Beaumont, Texas. Specific eligibility may vary by program, but many focus on supporting:
  • Low-to-moderate income families
  • Senior citizens
  • Veterans and disabled individuals
  • Youth and families with children
