Eligibility & Participation
Our programs primarily serve residents of Port Arthur and Beaumont, Texas. Specific eligibility may vary by program, but many focus on supporting:
- Low-to-moderate income families
- Senior citizens
- Veterans and disabled individuals
- Youth and families with children
